We know that ‘rural’ roads present greater risk than many other road types, with a much higher proportion of fatal and serious collisions occurring on rural roads than would be expected, based on traffic levels.
The penultimate webinar in the series Tanya Fosdick will be joined by Duncan Knox focus on a study funded by The Road Safety Trust looking at rural speeds in Surrey and how effective reducing speed limits is. We will be discussing the findings of the report as well as asking; what exactly is a ‘rural’ road?
